Meet the ‘singing voice’ behind some of Hollywood’s classic musicals on ‘Seeking Solutions with Suzanne’

PHILADELPHIA (July 15, 2010) – What do the movies “The King and I,” “West Side Story” and “My Fair Lady” have in common? The answer is Marni Nixon, who did the voice-over singing for those three Hollywood musical classics. She appears Sunday (July 18) as host Suzanne Roberts’s guest on “Seeking Solutions with Suzanne.” 

In the show’s remaining segments, instructor Joe Tighe shows Roberts how the new trend in exercising, Gyrotonic  Expansion System, works. Also, Roberts discovers an easy-to-do fitness program, the Brava Body workout, for people over 40. It requires no gym, no equipment and not even sneakers.

PHILADELPHIA (July 1, 2010) – Host Suzanne Roberts finds out how to look good at any age in the Fourth of July edition of the weekly cable TV show for older adults, “Seeking Solutions with Suzanne.”

Roberts’s first guest, plastic surgeon Dr. Louis Bucky, M.D., speaks about erasing facial wrinkles without surgery.  Next, Dr. Emily Pollard, M.D., another plastic surgeon, tells how to prevent or treat spider veins. In the show’s last segment, cosmetic dentist Dr. Jeff Ingber shares how to get that movie star smile.

PHILADELPHIA (July 9, 2010) – Host Suzanne Roberts looks at living longer, self-defense and new burial trends Sunday (July 11) on her cable TV show for older adults, “Seeking Solutions with Suzanne.” Roberts’s first guest, Dr. Mike Roizen, sits down with Roberts to discuss how to stay healthy and live longer. Next, Kim Vigsbo, an instructor of the Israeli military’s deadly fighting style, Krav Maga, shows Roberts how people of all ages can benefit from learning this fighting style not only to defend themselves but also to stay fit.
