Group Dancing

at 11:55AM, 1:55PM, and 3:55PM

Do you love to dance but are lacking a willing or able partner? Group dancing classes offer people a chance to get together to have fun while getting fit, and may be just the thing for you.

Suzanne's first guests are Country Line Dance instructors Dolores and Ed Traczy. They say that this popular type of dance is a good form of low impact aerobics that also requires you to exercise your brain a bit. Suzanne's second guest, seventy-three year old La Vaughn E. Robinson is an award winning tap dancer and teacher who was named by the U.S. Congress as a National Treasure. He says that tap dancing is one of the best exercises around and "that if you walk, you can tap."

Whether you like country music, jazz, or some other music, get up and dance. It will put you in a great mood while exercising your body and mind.
